Frequently Asked questions - Atlantic Beach Taproom

The grass backyard space that is dog friendly at the Crystal Coast Brewing taproom

Can I bring my kids?

We are family friendly! Bring your whole crew, but please keep an eye on your children as they cannot be left unattended.

Can I bring my dog?

Your four-legged friends are welcome, but due to health code, they can ONLY be in our outdoor area and leashed. This space has grass and is fenced in.

Am I allowed to bring food in?

Yes! Feel free to bring in food, or we have menus available at the bar for many amazing local businesses that deliver to our taproom. Roma's Pizza of Atlantic Beach is just next door and will deliver any of their great options from their menu.

NO outside beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic)!

Do you fill growlers?

We fill growlers of any size at the taproom, just ask your bartender for pricing.

Can I host my party or event at the taproom?

Having a big event or get together? Have it at our place! We rent the taproom for very large groups, and the lounge and game areas for smaller groups. Email crystalcoastbrewingabmanager@gmail.com for more info and to ask about availability.

Are kegs available for purchase?

A flight of craft beer at Crystal Coast Brewing's taproom in Atlantic Beach

Do you only serve craft beer at the taproom?

Nope! We know everyone has different preferences so along with our various styles of craft beer, we also have North Carolina cider on tap, red and white wines by the glass and by the bottle, sparkling seltzer, and many soda options!

Do you take reservations?

We do not take reservations, all of our seating is first come first serve.

Why do we serve our beer in plastic?

As much as we would LOVE to serve in glassware, we unfortunately must serve in plastic due to health code. While we love the beautiful island our taproom is on, it does not have city water services and the capacity to hold glass washers according to the county health department. We are working diligently to find alternatives to this current setup.

We do give anyone visiting the taproom the option to purchase their very own pint glass to drink from and then to take home with them after! And feel free to bring it back too!
